Most of them are quite knowledgeable and able to lead you in the right direction if you're unsure of exactly what you're looking for. Parts pricing can be outrageous between brands and types so be sure to shop around. I found that online pricing (particularly Amazon) is 60-80% cheaper than in store. This applies to most stores nowadays and isn't exclusive to O'Reilly or this particular store.
